Our objectives and aims are to promote the welfare and economic empowerment of the less privileged. Giving grants for start-up capital to Widows in the country and Empowering Girls’ Child in a bid to minimize the difficult challenges such groups face in a society.
Poverty is the greatest barrier to education that girls face.
With many households surviving on less than $1.25 per day, the lack of fund for both direct and indirect school-going costs creates the constant threat of girls’ expulsion, or prevents their access entirely. COVID-19 has had a drastic effect on all our lives, but it has impacted the poor the most. Education is not freely available to everyone – and in Nigeria girls are the first to be excluded from it. Humanity on Earth has been supporting emergency feeding, Back to school for Girls Child programmes . When families lack the income for food, transport, school fees, uniforms, and essentials like sanitary pads, girls are the first to drop out of school.
